It nicely showed where in the RAV Neptunidraco was from, and that it was much older in age than previously presumed. Although, I think I suggested shortening the geological settings section!Mark Younghttp://sites.google.com/site/metriorhynchidae/homenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7257028403896821073.post-68837078157060557292011-02-09T19:58:54.777-05:002011-02-09T19:58:54.777-05:00Andrea,

I'll have to reread it with that in mind.Susanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00692585678285662795noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7257028403896821073.post-60155145974958816882011-02-09T15:00:14.723-05:002011-02-09T15:00:14.723-05:00Hi Susan,
thank you very much for this post!
As yo...Hi Susan,
thank you very much for this post!
As you wrote, the systematic paleontology section is placed in an unusually late position along the paper. That was a "rethorical" (in the word's original meaning) strategy. We explicitly wrote the paper in that way because we wanted to closely reflect the (chrono-)logical sequence of our research. Since the institution of the new taxon was the final among a series of logical steps in our (mine and Federico's) minds, every reader can repeat our own mental process in the paper.Andrea Cauhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10855060597677361866noreply@blogger.com
